Return & Refund Policy – Accept My Flaws (AMF)
All items are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.
Eligible Returns
We only accept returns or replacements if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
- manufacturer errors
Return Window
You must contact us within 2-3 days of delivery with proof (photos).
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will:
- Send a replacement item, OR
- Issue a refund
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect size selected by customer
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in color or design
